Of course, the Oscar De La Hoya pictures are discussed. The dynamic duo treads into waters other boxing websites fear to go. Chavez and Lois might not care much if the De La Hoya shoots straight or crooked, but the effects of these pictures might be detrimental to Golden Boy Promotions advertising dollars.

Ricky Hatton and Floyd Mayweather met in front of Hatton’s countrymen this Friday and Ricardo gives you his favorite quotes from the Jolly Ole’ Brit. Chavez furthers explains why he thinks Hatton is winning the war of words with the outspoken Mayweather.

UFC 76 was not much of a pay per view event with Ricardo comparing it to some of boxing’s not so special pay per view moments. Keith Jardine’s victory over Chuck Lidell is discussed and compared to sloppy boxing with a few kicks thrown in. Ricardo also mentions his love of the choke hold.

With Jermain Taylor vs. Kelly Pavlik less than a week away, HBO’s Countdown show is discussed along with the remainder of the card. Lois and Chavez wonder out loud, “Why do boxing promoters fail to pick up untelevised portions of the undercard on their websites for viewers to watch free?”
